Core Principles

This chapter explores and explains the basic principles nxt is built upon.

Trust

We trust all our staff that they act in the best interest of nxt.

We trust our clients that they act in the best interest of the respective projects.

Transparency

We try to be as open and transparent as possible.

Internal

We aspire that every employee is able to know as much as he or she likes to. That involves transparent salaries, financial information and management decisions. (Such information must remain within the company, i.e. it must not be shared with external parties.)

External

We communicate issues, concerns, errors, suggestions, improvements, praise and compliments proactively to our clients. This should ensure long-lasting client relationships that are built upon trust.

Decision-Making

We want to make quick, deliberate decisions. Decisions can be quick if they can be reversed or developed further at a reasonable cost.

We take our time for decisions that are difficult and expensive, or which are expensive to reverse.

Dialogue

We have a consent-oriented dialogue within nxt. If you don't agree with something that is discussed, speak up and raise your concerns. But also keep in mind, that you don't need to fully agree with every decision and each aspect thereof.
